The Yoga Mad organic cotton yoga bolster offers good support and grounding for the user in order to prevent strain from over stretching. You can use it as single or together with other props to provide elevation, support and cushioning. The yoga bolster offers a firm feel thanks to the 2kg man-made fire-retardant Recron fibre filling.
